  it was a great and friendly and reliable place to get coffee until the past few weeks, in the past week-ish they have messed up my drink or food order no less than five times. today AND a couple days ago i asked for half the amount of syrup in an iced drink and they gave the hot version and when i asked them to re-make it it was loaded down with syrup. i am pre-diabetic and i cannot drink this much sugar. also service in the drive-thru is extremely slow. so disappointed but i guess i'll save a lot of money not going here anymore.

  Ordered a Pike Place (house blend) and an sandwich. They made the 3 people BEHIND me complicated drink orders before even just handing me the coffee. I was waiting and waiting.... then when they guy hands me my sandwich I said I am just waiting on my pike place and he argued with me instead of apologizing. It's not my fault you guys aren't organized and forgot about someone's order. I will not be back.
