  We didn't know what we were getting into when we stopped in here. It was freezing and we were looking for a warm place to sit down and have a snack. The party consisted of my wife and kids along with my mom and dad. It didn't take us long to understand what was going on and then associate it with the name. We had the hats, had straws and napkins thrown on the table etc.
  
  We got the sampler platter and a few drinks. The food was good and the drinks were fine. It would have been pricy for what we ordered if not for the entertainment. My kids had a blast and they will always remember this experience. That was well worth the price to me!!! Plus we were able to get warm!!!!

  Quite expensive but worth it. The catch of this place is that the staff is supposed to be crappy to you. You have to take be able to take a few (or many) jokes to dine here. The humor is great and the food was pretty darn good. The staff know what they are doing.
  
  The menu is on the wall there is no physical menu that you hold and read. Looking through some of the one star reviews people do not seem to get that as well as the entire point of the place.
  
  4/5. Stars because of the price and it was a bit loud inside so it was hard to hear. Otherwise excellent food and a good, unique experience.

  Sent my food back because potatoes were cold and rib eye was well done instead of the medium well I requested. This time I requested medium thinking their idea of medium well is different than mine. Came back with a tougher rib eye, also well done, slightly brownish pink in the middle. My potatoes were also cold again. Bartender came over and said it was what I requested, then yelled to order rare next time. I get the harassment, enjoy it usually. But come on. Then waitress says he should've never left the bar to come to our table (I thought he was from the kitchen.) Waitress even commented how my steak was like eating toast, don't want the crust. Manager never came to our table. My meal was comped. It was just a major disappointment. I've gone to Dick's in Chicago so many times and the rib eye was excellent every time. Everything was excellent. I brought my boyfriend here for his birthday. He'd never been and he was so excited. Wish I would've read the reviews before coming to this location. Waitress was everything expected though...great harassment, big fun and not her fault all.

  Our waiter Damon was awesome!!!! I highly recommend going. I had never been til recently and it was an awesome experience. It is a little expensive, but definitely worth it. The food and service was amazing! My favorite part is seeing what everyone's paper hat says.
