- 2 / 5By Rob LivermanNever had an issue until today! Ordered a chicken salad, got home and found tiny fibers all through the salad. Brought the salad back and the girl at the drive through window was nice so i figured ok this should be easy. Get to the window and the manager looks at me like i ruined her life, opens the salad and looks at me. I told her they were tiny fibers like something from a towel but that they were all through the salad. She just walked away no apology. I was extremely nice about it. They made me wait for a replacement sandwich(didnt want to chance getting another salad to have the same problem). Everyone was pleasant except the manager. Too bad she cant see that being kind is in her job description. If you dont like dealing with customers go work somewhere else..September 02, 2016
